Using Insights for ArcGIS to Understand Your Data

In the third of a series of meetups provided by the Esri health and human services team, we will take a closer look at Insights for ArcGIS. Insights for ArcGIS is a web-based, data analytics workbench where you can explore spatial and nonspatial data, find answers to questions you didn't know you had, and quickly deliver powerful results. We will look at how Insights for ArcGIS can be used for surveillance, outreach planning, and other analysis and visualization needs. We'll also explore how Insights for ArcGIS can be a powerful tool for collaboration and communication when your work is shared either through models or as interactive reports.

Specifically, you'll learn about the following:

  • Mapping and charting disparate data sources
  • Using geospatial analysis techniques to find patterns and trends in your data
  • Exploring demographic and behavioral data to better understand communities
  • Creating compelling and intuitive reports to communicate your results
  • Sharing your work with analysts and other stakeholders
