Josue was a photojournalist in the Marine Corps spending most of his active duty term at the air station in Yuma, Ariz. While on the Esri professional services user assistance team, he has supported multiple products including ArcGIS Indoors, ArcGIS GeoPlanner, ArcGIS Defense Mapping, and ArcGIS Production Mapping. With Defense Mapping and Production Mapping consolidated at the 2025 Q4 releases, he now focuses on the new ArcGIS Topographic Mapping extension.
