Add-In which provides tracking of movement around the map view. Creates a time-stamped rectangular polygon of each view of the project Map. Also tracks the scale and the duration of each rectangle so that analysts and technicians (and their managers) can be assured that the aerial imagery was scanned adequately. Allows for dynamic QA/QC & review management capabilities.
