Cellular Expert Desktop RCP (Radio Coverage Planner) is a fully integrated extension for ArcGIS Pro that allows telecom engineers and RF planners to conduct highly detailed radio coverage simulations using real-world GIS data. Designed for professional desktop workflows, this solution supports the planning and analysis of wireless systems from tactical narrowband radios to 5G broadband infrastructures. Operating over a frequency range of 10 kHz to 350 GHz, CE Desktop RCP enables detailed modeling of signal strength, carrier-to-interference ratios, uplink and downlink throughput, SINR, and other key performance metrics. The system provides granular outputs such as best server mapping, signal overlap analysis, and raster layers showing up to five strongest signal sources per pixel.
