ArcGIS Insights is being deprecated, and we want to ensure you’re supported through this process. This blog will provide you with information about the deprecation and point you to additional resources to support you as you work through the migration of your workflows.
The deprecation affects all versions of ArcGIS Insights, including:
- ArcGIS Insights for ArcGIS Online
- ArcGIS Insights for ArcGIS Enterprise
- ArcGIS Insights desktop app
Here are the key dates to keep in mind:
- The last version of ArcGIS Insights for ArcGIS Enterprise will be released in Q2 2025.
- The last version of ArcGIS Insights for ArcGIS Online will be released in Q2 2025.
- The final retirement of ArcGIS Insights is scheduled for June 1, 2026.
Recommended Product(s) for Migration
While there isn’t a single direct replacement, many ArcGIS products offer similar functionalities that can help you maintain your current workflows. If your organization uses ArcGIS Insights, we encourage you to start evaluating your current workflows and analytics. This transition guide offers recommended products based on common use cases:
