Learn how GIS can Advance your Sustainability and Resiliency Goals

Sustainability provides for our needs today yet does not compromise the needs of future generations. What is the biggest challenge facing future generations? Climate change. The approach: accelerate the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

Last year, President Biden signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). While the primary focus of the law is to rebuild America's aging infrastructure, it also funds substantial sustainability projects and goals. The funding supports projects that provide low-cost clean energy solutions through new and existing programs. These projects will directly impact utilities.

Join Esri for two infrastructure-related webinars. This series will cover the following ArcGIS capabilities:

  • Supports the sustainability provisions of the IIJA
  • Simplifies siting carbon-free sources of electricity
  • Buoys the Department of Energy's Building a Better Grid Initiative to deliver clean energy to the grid
  • Assures both the technical and equity for both sustainability and resiliency
