Jim is a Solution Engineer on Esri's Transportation industry team, supporting the use of GIS by commuter and freight rail organizations. In 25 years at Esri, Jim has worked in a variety of roles in developer community outreach, consulting, teaching, sales, and technical support. Before that, he worked in GIS tech positions in municipal government, for a major electric utility, and served as an infantry officer in the US Army.
