We just released version 2.13 of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Developer Edition. You can download it at the ArcGIS Developers site. This update includes the new enhancements that were part of the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Online release in June. Please visit the blog post What’s New in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (June 2019) for more details.
In addition to the new Business Analyst widget, the support for accessibility has been added to seven themes and thirty-seven widgets, including Attribute Table, Infographic, Info Summary, and Query.
