Michael C. Macarilla, CPP®, is Esri’s Public Safety Account Executive, with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, executive protection, and volunteer fire service. Before joining Esri in 2022, he held leadership roles with the Vermont State Police, including overseeing IT services, managing grants, and directing the Vermont Intelligence Center. He has contributed nationally to security protocols through the Department of Homeland Security’s Biometric Technology Working Group and served on the IACP LEIM Board. A graduate of the FBI National Academy, Mr. Macarilla holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a focus on Critical Incident Management from Saint Leo University.
