Ryan Lanclos


Ryan Lanclos is Esri’s Director of Public Safety Solutions and Disaster Response. He helps organizations deploy geographic information system (GIS) technology to improve preparedness, response, and recovery. Ryan also leads Esri’s Disaster Response Program (DRP), which provides 24/7 GIS support during disasters. He is a subject matter expert on GIS for emergency management and humanitarian response, as well as a member of the FEMA National Advisory Council (NAC). Ryan previously served as Missouri’s first geographic information officer (GIO) and as GIS advisor for the Governor’s Homeland Security Advisory Council. At the National Alliance for Public Safety GIS (NAPSG) Foundation, he was Director of State and Local Government Programs and has participated with teams and expert groups for the United Nations and the Group on Earth Observations (GEO).
